8.1 DAILY

  • 8.1.1 Entrances - Doors, windows, walls, floors, guard rails, floor mats, cleaned, dusted and wiped

  • 8.1.2 Reception - wipe down TVs, surfaces, furniture, counters, signage and walls.

  • 8.1.3 Windows - Clean all internal windows, frames and sills

  • 8.1.4 Prayer Room and Ablution - tiled floors cleaned; carpets spot cleaned and vacuumed; corian surfaces wiped and disinfected; taps and mosaic tiles cleaned and disinfected; bins emptied; consumables replenished

  • 8.1.5 Toilets - tiled floors cleaned, mopped and disinfected; surfaces wiped and disinfected; sanitary fittings cleaned and disinfected; bins emptied; consumables replenished

  • 8.1.6 Meeting Room and classrooms - TVs, surfaces, walls and furniture dusted, wiped and disinfected; vacuum and spot clean carpets/floors.

  • 8.1.7 Cleaners Room, store room and staff room - sweep, vacuum, mop floors; surfaces, walls, furniture floors wiped, dusted and disinfected.

  • 8.1.8 Pantries/Break room and Dining Area - sweep, mop and disinfect floors; wipe doors, walls and surfaces; wipe and dust TVs; sink scrubbed; and empty bins

  • 8.1. 9 Common Areas - sweep, mop and disinfect floors; wipe doors, walls and surfaces; wipe and dust TVs; empty bins

  • 8.1.10 Offices - Furniture, workstations, computers, surfaces, walls and dusted, wiped and disinfected; vacuum and spot clean carpets.

  • 8.1.11 Hangar - floors machine cleaned, spot cleaned, free of debris and grit; empty bins.

  • 8.1.12 Rubbish Rooms and Recycling Cages - sweep, mop, and disinfect floor tiles and walls; ensure bins are emptied daily; ensure re-cycling is stacked neatly and collected on time.

  • 8.1.13 Car Park - Sweep and clear litter on a rotational basis, empty bins and replace liners

  • 8.1.14 Check/task lists completion - completed and signed off for all areas.

8.2 WEEKLY

  • 8.2.1 All wooden veneer surfaces - Polish all wooden veneer surfaces as per manufacturers specifications

  • 8.2.2 Safety Inspection - Check all areas for obstruction or hazards, includes Stores, Cleaners Rooms; Safe storage and MSDS sheets are available

8.3 MONTHLY

  • 8.3.1 High level dusting and cleaning - Dust pictures, mirrors, wall hangings, ceiling spaces and signs

  • 8.3.2 Dusting - Fire hose reels cabinets and extinguishers

8.4 QUARTERLY

  • 8.4.1 Carpet cleaning - deep cleaning of carpets

  • 8.4.2 Water tank cleaning and analysis - includes submission of water analysis report
