  • 1.4 - Order sorted correctly, sheets, towels etc

  • 1.8 - Delicate items separated from standard laundry

Wet cleaning

  • 2.3 - Any stained items are pre-spotted

Washing

  • 3.3 - (Cam & Batt only) Machines show load weight of 95% or above

  • 3.4 - Loads mixed if required

  • 3.4 - If so net bags are tied correctly

  • 3.5 - Correct wash programme selected

  • 3.6 - Wet clean items care labels checked again (if needed)

  • 3.7 - Printed Trello ticket attached to the machine during washing

  • 3.8 - Wet clean items washed on the correct programme
