Trolley Install (Work Station) Skip if this is a no Trolley/WorkStation site

  • Ensure the trolley install, cabling and Velcro are installed as per the current work instructions

  • Ensure the Zebra has all the applications downloaded as per the list below<br>o MobiControl, LiSA, LiDoc, IMS, Phone, Retail Viewer, Webex meet, Lidl GB, Internet, Clock, Calculator,<br>

  • Ensure the Zebra screen is replicated on the Dell monitor

  • Ensure the mouse works by selecting the internet ICON

  • Ensure the keyboard works by typing BBC NEWS in the search box

  • Ensure the touch input works by closing the Internet app down

  • Ensure the cradle power supply cable is clicked into its port correctly by pulling gently on the cable to ensure it is locked in place

  • Take one Picture from the rear of the trolley showing the following All cabling All Velcro The whole rear of the trolley in the picture showing the Blue Monitor arm at the correct height (showing 4 holes)

  • Take one picture from the front of the trolley showing the following Both Zebra devices in their cradles and powered on Labels on ALL Zebra cradles Monitor powered on and replicating the Zebra device All Labels on the plugs

Cash Office Install

Cash Office install

  • Ensure the Cash office install, cabling and Velcro are installed as per the current work instructions

  • Ensure the Zebra has all the applications downloaded as per the list below<br>o MobiControl, LiSA, LiDoc, IMS, Phone, Retail Viewer, Webex meet, Lidl GB, Internet, Clock, Calculator,<br>

  • Ensure both the keyboard and mouse wires are wrapped in the spiral wrap (already installed)

  • Ensure the Zebra screen is replicated on the Dell monitor

  • Ensure the mouse works by selecting the internet ICON

  • Ensure the keyboard works by typing BBC NEWS in the search box

  • Ensure the touch input works by closing the Internet app down

  • Ensure the cradle power supply cable is clicked into its port correctly by pulling gently on the cable to ensure it is locked in place

  • Example of how the 2 Black brackets fit together once installed correctly, *note the space between both brackets is because of the standard nut between both brackets.

    The special Nylon nut is the last part to fit on the bolt.

  • Take one picture of all 4 bolts holding the metal bracket in place please The order is as follows Bolt Washer Large Black bracket Washer Nut (Normal type) Small Black bracket Washer Nut (Nylon type with included washer)

  • Take one picture from the front of the Cash office showing the following Zebra device in the cradle and powered on Labels on ALL Zebra cradle Monitor powered on and replicating the Zebra device All Labels on the plugs

  • The KVM outputs can be changed by pressing the following
    • Press SCRL Lock twice, you will hear a beep
    • Select number
    o 1 for Thin Client followed by Enter
    o 2 for the Mobile Device followed by Enter

  • Take one picture of the monitor showing the display from the Thin Client from a distance to also show the monitor in the centre of the desk

  • Inputs via the keyboard & Mouse are recognised when the selected input is the Thin Client.

  • Ensure the touch input are recognised when the selected input is the Thin Client.

  • If you have had to move anything (with the Managers permission) to accommodate the new power requirements please list here
