Offences and Penalties - Is the Captain aware that;
a) Failure to comply with these and any other terms and conditions of the License, National Laws and Regulations may, in addition to any judicial penalties that may be incurred, result in the suspension or loss of the license either temporarily or permanently.
b) As Captain of the vessel he will be charged for offences under the Fisheries Management Act if found in breach of any of these conditions.

I carefully and clearly explained the conditions and other requirements of the license to the Captain of the vessel and has indicated that he understood them and will comply.

The License remains in force until the EXPIRY DATE unless sooner cancelled under the provisions of the Fisheries Management Act, 1998.
