Parking lot

  • Are we free of all unapproved signage? (Garage sale signs, estate sales, for sale signs etc)

Building

  • Street Sign and reader boards are operational

  • Street sign is visible from the drive? (not obstructed by trees)

  • All exterior lighting operational (at appropriate times) and blue rod working?

  • Windows, lighting and store front clear of cobwebs and bugs?

  • Out door furniture in good condition? (Bolted and in good repair)

  • Is the painting on the bollards, light poles, monument sign in good condition?

  • Are all fuel pumps working? (if no- list under comments)

  • Is the Carwash clean and operational?

  • All equipment inside working? (if no- list under comments)

Safety

  • Is fire extinguisher tag to date? (Not expired?)

  • Did you fill out the back of the Fire extinguisher tag?

  • Eye wash station inspected, tested and signed off on?

  • Is the first aid kit fully stocked?

  • Is the blood borne pathogen kit fully stocked?

  • Are all MSDS current and do employees know where to find?

  • Test emergency exit lights- are they operational?
