  • Was the flight called for boarding in sufficient time?

  • Where PRMs identified for pre-boarding and assisted to the aircraft?

  • Was the system used to reconcile customers at the gate?

PPE and RAMP

  • Does the station use/complete the daily equipment check books?<br>

  • Hearing protection worn.<br>

  • Safety vest worn in good condition and fastened<br>

  • Gloves and appropriate footwear.<br>

  • Proper and approved uniforms worn.<br>

  • ID badge properly displayed on outer garment.<br>

  • Employees NOT using portable electronic devices (PED).<br>

  • No oil/fluid leaks from GSE on ground.<br>

  • Adequate night time ramp lighting.<br>

PRE-ARRIVAL SETUP

  • Chocks available for arrival, stowed outside of safety zone.<br>

  • Unattended motorized equipment is turned off.<br>

  • Are customer access routes safe and clear of obstructions (slip/trip/fall hazards)?

  • Ramp staff present prior to aircraft arrival.<br>

  • Agents and vehicles do not approach moving A/C.<br>

  • Chocks applied immediately after engines spooled down and Anti cols switched off<br>

  • No GSE driven or parked under aircraft.<br>

  • Agents riding on GSE only where seats are provided.<br>

AIRCRAFT TURNAROUND

  • Are all vehicles driven at the correct speeds on the ramp and apron roads?

  • 2 stop brake-check completed.<br>

  • All GSE guided into aircraft using approved hand signals.<br>

  • Guide person is not positioned between GSE and aircraft.<br>

  • GSE does not strike aircraft while positioning.<br>

  • Motorized GSE parked with chocks in place and parking brake set and two inches of clearance (if unattended, it should be shut down).<br>

  • Cargo doors opened properly and in accordance with procedures. <br>

  • Is the pogo stick in place prior to customers disembarking?

  • GSE follows travel paths away from engines and fuselage.<br>
