  • 11.4 - Screen Based Equipment positioned to reduce glare from windows etc?

  • 11.5 - Photocopiers positioned to avoid fumes?

  • 11.6 - Stable non-slip floor coverings in good condition?

  • 11.7 - Is access for disabled persons adequate ?

12.0 General

  • 12.1 - Is working space generally adequately?

  • 12.2 - Is there any building or service work being carried out?
