Prior to Releasing - Checklist

  • Condition of Protective Housing Locking pin and Flapper door over PRV ?

  • Are the port hole covers in place?

  • Is the Thermowell cap tight?

  • Is the Thermowell cap leaking?

  • Are the sample valves closed by hand?

  • Are side plug threads lubricated and tool tight and free of leaks?

  • Is the “A” liquid valve hand tight and free of leaks?

  • Is the “A” liquid valve plug Teflon taped and wrench tight?

  • Is the “B” liquid valve hand tight and free of leaks?

  • Is the “B” liquid valve Plug Teflon taped and wrench tight?

  • Is the vapor line wrench tight and free of leaks?
