  • Lubricate windows in accorance with O&Ms

Cloakroom / WC / Family Bathroom

  • Remove and descale all aerator/filters from all water discharge spouts

  • Clean and descale all shower heads and associated hoses

  • Identify all water service outlets which may have infrequent usage and operate these fittings to ensure that 'dead-leg' pipework has been drained of stagnant water.
