Magazine Commissioner - Pre-Checks

  • Is the guide frame set correctly?

  • Are the guide frame rivnuts tightened?

  • Are the guide frame screws tightened?

  • Are the mountings correctly torqued?

  • Are DCV screws correct?

  • Are all the labels fitted correcly?

  • Is the magazine clean? (oil, grease, swarf etc)

  • Are all the screws tightened? (build)

  • Are all the lock washers installed correctly?

  • Is the lubrication routing correct?

  • Are the chain rail screws blue marked?

  • Are the lubrication fittings blue marked?

  • Are the hydraulic fittings blue marked?

  • Have all the holes been re-tapped?

  • Is the drive coupling set/tightened correctly?

  • Are all the sensor caps fitted?

  • Do all the shafts/ sprockets have wax applied ?

  • Is the tool loader functioning okay?

  • Are all the lubrication clips fitted?

  • Is the read write/head fitted?

  • Is the paint acceptable?

Magazine Commissioner- Final Checks

  • Is the chain rail aligned correctly?

  • Is the mounting free from damage?

  • Are the pockets free from rubbing? (check for debris on inside faces)

  • Is the additional parts box complete?

  • Is the pocket tightness acceptable?

  • Is the magazine free from lubrication leaks?

  • Is the magazine free from pneumatic leaks?

  • Are all the screws tightened? (commissioning)

  • Are the chain rails torqued correctly?

  • Are all the lubrication clips fitted?

PDI checks

  • Ges list print date

  • Is the Ges list checked and correct?

  • Is the handle for the tool loading station in the home position? (manual only)

  • Are the pop rivets removed from the finger trap covers?

  • Have all the chain rail inserts been 'blue marked'?

  • Have all the spring washers been fitted correctly?

  • Are all the Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Lubrication ports covered using plastic caps ?

  • Tool cleaning option- Is the 18mm steel pipe fitted? (HSK 100 only)

  • Tool cleaning option- Have the konig plugs been fitted to the distributor block?

  • Tool cleaning option- Have the 2 x NRV's fittings been installed into the manifold block?

  • Tool cleaning option- Is the cable routing correct (HSK63 or manual loaders)

  • Are the electrical plugs free from damage?

  • Are the mounting screws for DCV on HSK100 manual tool (02.016548) loader fitted correctly – screw heads and washers should be at the top?

  • Has the contents of the “additional parts box” been checked and transfered to a cardboard box. Cardboard box must be identified with M No or 75 number?

  • Have the screws and square washers been placed in the box for attaching the console? (H-series only)

  • Has the 01.001473 12mm Spherical washer is picked into the box? (H-series only)

  • Has the 01.000098 M12 x 120mm DIN912 is picked into the box? (Magazines with tool length 600mm) (H-series only)

  • Has the 01.000102 M12 x 160mm DIN912 is picked into the box? (Magazines with tool length 800mm) (H-series only)

  • Has the correct specification of the gearbox been fitted as per the GES-List?

  • Has the correct specification of the motor been fitted as per the GES-List?

  • Pneumatic Equipment - Have the foot pedal and pipelines been installed to the DCV and secured for transport?

  • Has all the residual oil, grease and swarf been cleaned/removed from the magazine?- (either fitter or commissioner to clean)

  • Have the protocols been filled out and signed? (In black ink only)

  • Has the Assembly been confirmed in SAP (CO11 & MB31)?

  • Magazine now acceptable
