Are GFCI's being used on all temporary power and frequently tested (monthly at minimum and documented)?

Are all extension cords in compliance (no missing ground prongs, no torn jackets, no exposed wire at the plug) and not exposed to sharp edges, doorways and vehicle traffic?

Are all temporary lights fully caged to prevent accidental breakage, secured properly and no empty sockets?

Are electrical panels easily accessible (no obstructions) and fully enclosed (no openings/holes)?
