Inspection report information

  • Maintenance inspection is to be conducted on all public amenities weekly. One set of amenities is to be inspected per inspection audit.

Purpose of the inspection is to identify is a building component, equipment or other item within the inspection area is faulty, worn, broken, unsafe, missing or requires other maintenance activity to return it to its installed intended condition.

Where a maintenance issue is found, photos must be taken and added to the report in addition to making comment. Be sure to make reference to part numbers and manufacturers details where known to aid in corrective action.

On completion of the inspection audit, the completed report is to be emailed out as a PDF file and attached to the scheduled PAC job and the job marked as complete.

For each of the found maintenance issues, a new job is to be created in the PAC system, of which the relevant photo/s must be attached.
