  • Water Softener - Check reservoir has salt, ensure replenishment as necessary.

  • Fly Trap - Clean and free from defects.

  • Kitchen Extract - Extract functional, filters clean, air flow adequate.

  • Staff Facilities - Good condition, all services functional (hot & cold water, electricity supply, lighting, heating, W/C flush etc).

  • Gardens & Grounds - Good condition - lawns cut, gardens free of weeds & litter, boundary fencing.

  • Building Structure - Façade, windows, doors, roofs etc good condition, clear from defects.

  • Lighting & Signage - All external lighting and signage in good working order & defect free.

  • Fire Alarm - Test different call point/detector each week ( record in Fire Log Book).

  • Fire Doors - Held on magnets & close on alarm. Good condition, no defects.

  • External Door Sensors - Open sensors armed doors, check alarm, lock, re-set.

  • Lighting - Both Internal & External emergency lighting in good working order and defect free.
