Quality Management Certification

  • The Reviewer certifies that the material described in the inspection has been installed using the approved means and methods outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures, construction plans, and vendor specifications. A Quality Manager or their designate has performed a 10% inspection of the completed work and further certifies that all deviations from the specified tolerances have been either corrected or documented in the Observations associated with this installation inspection.
