Tools and Equipment

  • 16. Are hand tools (banders, power saws, etc.) in good working condition?

  • 17. Are guards in place for tools and machines such as conveyors fan belt, etc.?

  • 18. Are cords in good working condition (no frays, cuts, ground prong intact)?

Building Services

  • 19. Are there no leaks present (gas, water, oil) or unfamiliar smells?

  • 20. Are chemical stored in a chemical cabinet or chemical room?
