  • Help reduce paper use when printing electronic SOR's by making the following changes.
    After creating an SOR locate it on the audits tab.
    Tap the down arrow on the bottom right of the audit and select export.
    Scroll down to Customisation and select PDF / Word options.
    Select Footer Options and make the following changes.
    Set show page numbers to OFF.
    Set show document number to OFF.
    Set show audit title to ON.
    Set show section score to OFF.
    Tap the back button in the top left.
    Under pages select cover page and set show cover page to OFF.
    Tap the back button in the top left.
    Under pages select title page and set show title page to OFF.
    Tap the back button in the top left.
    Under pages select disclaimer page, under disclaimer set show to OFF.
    Under confidentiality statement set show to OFF.
    Tap the back button in the top left.
    Under pages select table of contents, set show table of contents to OFF.
    Tap the back button in the top left.
    Under pages select audit, under sections set show sections to OFF.
    Under sections set show score to OFF.
    Under categories set show score to OFF.
    Tap the back button in the top left.
    Tap the back button in the top left again.
    Tap the close button in the top left.
    your done, please note these changes only need to be made once.
    they will affect all future SOR's.
