Assessing Your Park

  • Count in all Cash bags. Mon-Thur only 1 PM bag is needed at front desk and concessions. Friday will need 2 PM bags at each POS. Sat-Sun will need 2 AM bags at front desk and 1 AM bag at concessions, and 2 PM bags at both front desk and concessions. (Remember if you count it in you MUST count it out even if it was not used)

  • Is the front desk area 100% free of trash and clutter? Make sure all merchandise is properly stocked for the day. (Socks, Wristbands and T-shirts)

  • Did you turn on all TV’s, computers, and POS systems?

  • Did you sanitize customer waiver stations?

  • Make sure all lights and TVs are on and functioning

  • Where is the location of the light out? Take a picture.

  • Walk the park and check for trash.

  • Does the park look clean with all items in place including party rooms?

  • Describe the problem, include the location.

  • Did you check all restrooms including family restroom. Make sure lights are functioning all toilets are properly working and clean, check that all dispensers (soap, toilet paper, paper towels) are full and working, no trash on the floors and all sinks and counter tops are clean. All stall latches are working.

  • Make sure a team member is assigned and the issue is resolved.

  • Who is the team member assigned?

  • Are all POS systems properly functioning and wiped clean?

  • Make sure you notify the appropriate person to correct the issue.

  • Are all vendor machines clean and working properly?

  • What is the issue with the equipment?

  • Did you turn on all kitchen and concession’s equipment (Ovens, warmers and ICEE machines) check that they are all properly working and are fully ready for operations. Check that all fridges and freezers are properly working, and they are cooling.

  • What piece of equipment is malfunctioning?

  • Are all trash cans empty, clean and have new bags placed in them?

  • Make sure the floor is free from any trash and messes. Sweep and mop any areas that are necessary.

  • Make sure all attractions are free from trash, clean and ready for operations.
