    Hours of Duty:

    · Weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 7pm to next day 9am
    · Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 9am to next day 9 am

    MOD Process:

    MOD reservations are excluded from the check-in procedure.

    Uniform employees to be in uniform during the MOD shift and non-uniform employees to be in a professional attire during the MOD shift

    At the start of the shift, the MOD has to sign attendance at the Front Desk.

    Room key and the MOD checklist are to be collected from the Front Desk.

    MOD needs to attend morning meeting on the next day and de-brief on happenings during the shift.

    Completed MOD checklist to be handed over to the Executive Secretary.

    The MOD on Friday and Saturday will give handover to the incoming MOD and the Front Office Duty Manager.

    The MOD on Sunday will submit the information and documents for all three shifts on Monday morning.

    Room needs to be checked out latest by 12 noon on the next day.

    MOD Entitlements:

    During the shift, MOD may have food and soft beverages in MOF only (Buffet during day and A la carte during night if no spread of buffet).

    MODs are not allowed to incur any incidental charges to their room (Internet, minibar, Laundry (inner garments).

    No family stay for MODs on weekends is allowed.
