  • All extinguishers must be checked to confirm that the coloured safety tag is intact, safety pins are intact/secure, pressure gauge is within GREEN or BLACK indicator (if present), extinguisher correctly mounted/sited. Ensure correct signage is present for ALL extinguishers.

  • State Location i.e. Fire Point No (e.g. FP1)

  • Enter fire extinguisher / equipment serial number or scan barcode if applicable

  • In service date

  • State type of extinguisher

  • State size of extinguisher

  • Add observations if applicable.

  • Photo to be taken of any damage, failure or observations.

  • Condition and Comments

  • Sign off

  • Inspecting Person Print & Sign

  • Fire Safety Manager Print & Sign

  • Extinguisher Final Condition State
