Fire Safety

  • Are the fire doors in good working order,<br>have they been inspected this month and<br>has this inspection been recorded in the fire<br>log book?

  • Have the emergency lights been tested and<br>has this test been recorded in the fire log<br>book?<br>

  • Are the escape routes clear from<br>obstruction, clearly identified throughout<br>the site and this months inspection has<br>been recorded in the fire log book?

  • Has the fire alarm system been serviced<br>within the last 6 months by a competent<br>specialist contractor?

Asbestos

  • Is the site asbestos management plan up to<br>date and readily available as part of the<br>asbestos file?

  • Has any remaining asbestos been<br>inspected this month and has this<br>inspection been recorded?

  • Is the current asbestos survey available and<br>supported by clear site plans?

Legionella

  • Is the current legionella risk assessment<br>(L8) readily available and up to date<br>including schematics?

  • Has this months water temperature checks<br>been carried out in accordance with the L8<br>and been recorded in the legionella file?

  • Has this months little used outlet flushing<br>been carried out and recorded?
