Truck - External

  • d) Glass, Mirrors, blinkers and lights are free from damage and functioning correctly (Windscreens, windows are free of vision impairing cracks or damage, headlights – Low & High Beam, Blinkers, hazard and warning lights, Brake lights)

  • e) Tyre pressure and tread condition – visual inspection (+spare)

Truck Condition- Internal

  • a) General presentation of the exterior (free of loose objects, cleanliness etc.)

  • b) Seat condition

Storage

  • a) Equipment stacked and secure (in place)

  • b) Shelving secure and tidy

Safety, PPE & Compliance

Fire Extinguishers (2):

  • a) Free of obvious damage or leaks and the safety pin is in place

  • a) Quote, Department of commerce, SDS and compliance folders are in place
