Smoke detectors & carbon monoxide detectors are installed & working. If over 10 years old, recommend replacement.

- Install carbon monoxide detectors
- Install smoke detectors on each level as needed
- Battery at smoke detector appears to be missing or in need of replacement
- Smoke detectors are inappropriately located

Proper surge protection to help prevent major damage to the home, garage and business electrical system, appliances and computer.

Electrical system for outdoor pool, spa, sauna, sprinkler system, lighting and receptacles are in operating condition.
