  • We remind you of your contractual obligation to keep your work area clear of rubbish, materials etc to ensure safe and sufficient working of this contract. To comply with this obligation you are requested to immediately remove your rubbish etc from the following areas and place it in containers provided.

  • In the event of rubbish, materials etc from the above mentioned contractor poses a health & safety risk area will immediately be cleared by Multi Services Kent Limited and the relevant charges will be passed on (Examples of such instances are blocked staircases, blocked fire exit routes etc)

Time frame given to complete improvement notice

  • If you fail to comply with this notice within "selected timeframe below" others will remove it and you will be charged the full cost of the removal operation. CWCL will not be held responsible for any damages caused during the cleanup operation.
