Safety, Quality & Environment Checklist

  • Is the site accessible by vehicle in current conditions?

  • Is there a danger of a vertical fall over 2m on this site?

  • Is there a danger of slipping in an uncontrolled fashion down a slope, causing injury?

  • Proceed with caution, do not fill knapsacks over 5 litres. If individual members are not comfortable, find alternate duties for them.

  • Fall protection must be used - either prevent access by webbing or other means or use ropes - SWMS must be developed!

  • A Site Specific Induction is required for each of our sites, has each Crew Member been inducted into this site?

  • Carry out Site Specific Induction and ensure that staff have the Plant ID skills to carry out works without risk of damage. Use Plant ID training via https://time.naturelinks.com.au to test if necessary.
