Minimum Standards to be achieved. Please see below notes on any failures to meet minimum safety standards and works required.

1- A fully functioning fire alarm system covering all areas. L1 break glass call points and detection devices.

2- Suitable and sufficient emergency lighting throughout all areas of the building.

3- Sprinkler heads at low level, at risk of damage to be suitably protected.

4- All new and existing fire doors protecting staircases and dead end conditions to be fully compliant. ( Undamaged with strips, seals and self closer.)

5 - Fallow areas to have fire detection, emergency lighting and means of escape.
