Inform the DM of the situation and then a tempt to speak with the, also get the upper and lower areas taped off far enough away preferably out of line of sight (tape is located inside all fire cupboards and cleaners trolleys). Whilst you are communicating with the person the DM will take charge of the incident.

If the he POI has simply used the bathroom and left and is not acting suspiciously or posing any threat of sexual harassment than there is no reason for security to approach.
