If the job has been Rescheduled for an SE Team have you confirmed the following points with the customer?
- Customer made aware the SE team may be required to use a minimum of 2 X 20mm Eyebolts.
- Confirmed the details of the job with Customer.
- Checked suitability for Sky Q to be installed, ie wifi coverage? Ethernet required.
- Dish has to go on roof there is access to roof that is either open or customer has key.
- Checked property has a chimney etc for the dish to be installed.
