5. Emergency Management
Is an emergency procedure available? Has it been updated in the last 12 months?
Has there been emergency evacuation training in the last 12 months?
Has there been a mock evacuation drill held in the last 12 months (involving the patrons)
All electrical equipment has been tested and tagged in the last 12 months
There is a process in place (e.g. monthly hazard inspection) to ensure electrical cords are checked on a scheduled basis
Chemical storage areas are kept tidy and free from obstructions
Chemicals are stored neatly, labeled and are in separated areas
PPE is regularly checked for cleanliness, damage, replacement needs and expiry dates (and documented)

An OH&S Committee meeting or management meeting has been held within the last 3 months to allow staff to discuss health and safety issues?
OH&S meeting minutes are displayed on the OH&S noticeboard
