2. Floors

Are floors free of water, ice, oil or other fluids?

Is an emergency procedure available? Has it been updated in the last 12 months?

6. Electrical

All electrical equipment has been tested and tagged in the last 12 months

There is a process in place (e.g. monthly hazard inspection) to ensure electrical cords are checked on a scheduled basis

7. Chemicals

Chemical storage areas are kept tidy and free from obstructions

Chemicals are stored neatly, labeled and are in separated areas

PPE is regularly checked for cleanliness, damage, replacement needs and expiry dates (and documented)

8. Plant & Equipment

All machine guards are in place on all operating equipment

All trolleys or mechanical aids are in good working order and checked on a regular basis

OHS noticeboard is kept neat up to date

OHS Policy is displayed on OHS noticeboard

10. Consultation

An OH&S Committee meeting or management meeting has been held within the last 3 months to allow staff to discuss health and safety issues?

OH&S meeting minutes are displayed on the OH&S noticeboard
