  • Objective: In accordance with Section 2 (1) of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 (HASAWA), Employers have a duty of care, so far as is reasonably practicable, to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all their employees. The objective of this report is to review the Health and Safety of the Company and highlight any deficiencies to the Management to allow them to put sufficient control measures in place to ensure safe working conditions and therefore complying with HASAWA. We believe that this is a pro-active approach to managing Health and Safety and will therefore prevent accidents occurring and allow management to carry out both their moral and legal duties.
