  • Are materials being used as per specifications and without wastage?

Customer and Stakeholder Interaction

  • Has the client /building supervisor visited the site recently, and were any concerns raised?

  • Is the site presentation in line with company standards for client visits?

  • Have trade staff notified clients/building supervisors/office of any onsite reports of damage and or changes to plan?

Follow-Up Actions

  • Are there any issues requiring immediate escalation? If so, detail actions needed.

  • Are there improvements or suggestions from staff on-site for better efficiency?

  • Have you (Ops Manager/Supervisor) called or contacted the site manager that we are onsite and present, to discuss the fixes and or issues and gather any other feedback?
