Overview of Works

  • Was the kiosk area free from stock, paperwork and rubbish prior to work beginning?

  • Check both door and frame to ensure hinges are well fitted with all screws etc in place.

  • Is the digi lock correctly installed and works?

  • Check digi locks works from both inside and outside the kiosk

  • Has the code been changed from the default e.g.. C1234XY and communicated to store colleagues. Please add code to notes

  • All designed screw holes and attachments should be used. Holes with metal directly behind are unlikely to be used for assembly

  • Have all wall attachments and bracing bars been correctly attached with no evidence of loose or missing fastenings ? Please attach photos
