Permit Checklist

  • Are all the relevant task plans / drawings and specifications available and have these been fully communicated to operatives

  • Are the RAMS specific to this task, communicated to and signed on by all operatives

  • Are Service Searches completed, the underground service plans for the site available and these reviewed and checked
