All Staff Members are trained in the documented Personal Hygiene Policy and Protective Clothing Policy as part of their induction training and records are available on file.

Medical Screening Questionnaire TPS-QR-13 is completed prior to employment by each member of staff ( folder 9)

Weekly hygiene audit is carried out and results trended.

Each first aid box contains a contents sheet and all plasters used are resiatered on a plaster register

All contractors and visitors complete TPS-QD-012 Visitor Questionnaire and and Site Rules.

Employees are presenting themselves in a clean and tidy manner and maintain a high standard of personal hygiene

Fingernails must be short and clean, there must be no false nails, nail varnish, excessive makeup or perfume

Drink food sweets, chewing gum are not been consumed in the warehouse by any person in the warehouse

Only one piece pens are been used in the pack-house/warehouse

HAir nets re worn by all staff in the production area.

Protective clothing must not be stored with personal items in lockers provided

Lockers must not contain any food or drink

Protective clothing is not been worn in the canteen toilets smoking areas.
