Are there any signs of pests?

Is premises pest proofed and free from signs of pests?

Is waste food discarded correctly and is the wastage areas kept clean?

Is food properly protected from risk of contamination by pests?

Is there any signs of pest activity or evidence of damage or debris cause by pests?

Are chew marks visible on any boxes or storage containers?

Is there evidence of rodent or insect droppings?

Is there any damage to the infrastructure that could be a result of gnawing damage?

Is there any sign of nesting, such as shredded soft material like paper and cardboard?

Are there any greasy smears along vertical walls?

Is there evidence of footprints or tail prints anywhere inside or around the truck?

Are there squeaking sounds, gnawing sounds or sounds of movement in walls or behind equipment or in inaccessible places?

Is there a lingering, unpleasant smell that could indicate infestation?

Has there been any sightings of pests, rodents or insects, dead or alive?

Where necessary are external doors/windows fitted with suitable fly screens and tightly fitted?

Are insectocutors (if provided) properly maintained?

Are all food items covered and stored in sealed, pest-proof containers?

Are all food containers stored off the floor?

Are internally located bins emptied and left clean on a daily basis including over night?

Are all food spillages being cleaned on a regular basis?

Is the truck being thoroughly cleaned and swept before closing every night?

Are hard to reach places clean and pest free?

Are all doors, windows and other openings tightly fitted?

Have you notified a manager if you have found evidence of potential pest infestation?
