  • Are internally located bins emptied and left clean on a daily basis including over night?

  • Are all food spillages being cleaned on a regular basis?

  • Is the truck being thoroughly cleaned and swept before closing every night?

  • Are hard to reach places clean and pest free?

  • Are all doors, windows and other openings tightly fitted?

  • Have you notified a manager if you have found evidence of potential pest infestation?
