Does Truck have Emergency Equipment? 3 Triangles, Fire Extinguisher, Spill Kit, Seat Belt.

Interior Vehicle Check: Horn(s), Windshield Wipers, Defroster, Oil Pressure Gauges, Temp Gauge, Voltmeter

Does Truck pass 5 Minute Brake Inspection?

Vehicle Must Be Placed Out of Service for Failing Brake Check.

Begin Exterior Vehicle Inspection. - Are all lights working? Windshield Clean w/no Cracks? Company Name and DOT Number Present?

Begin Drivers Side Wheel Inspection. Do the Wheels, Hubs, tread (4/32 depth), and Brakes Pass Inspection?

Check Leaf Springs, Steering Arm, Fluid Levels, Hoses, Belts and any other DLR items on engine.

Repeat process on passenger side Wheel and Engine Compartment.

Check the Passenger Side Door Area for the Following" Steps, Fuel Tank, Mirrors, Grab Bar, Door.

Check Behind the Passenger Cab for and DLR's - Drive Shaft, Suspension, Brakes, Tires, Hub - King Pin for Trailers.

Check Rear of Truck - Door Seals, Lock, Floor of Truck, Load Bars and Load Secured, Rear Lights and License Plate.

Check Down Driver side of Truck, Wheels, tires, Condition of Truck, Lights.

Climb Back Into Truck Using 3 Points of Contact and Complete DVIR Process.

For Pre-trip, log Into GreenMile and begin route.

For Post-Trip, Leave Vehicle in Samsara, Gather HHC, Printer and Route Documents, set in the floor, then Exit Vehicle using 3 Points of Contact.
