• Empty bins on each visit? ( bins in communal areas )

• Clean Lounge? Dust all surfaces - clean all windows - hoover carpets - empty Bins ( On every visit )

• Clean All skirting Boards (Monthly)

• Hoover all hallways - Dust clean all lighting

• Bin rooms - Sweep Floor - Mop over

• Clean site office if any Hoover Dust clean all surfaces

• Bins wash out bins every 6 months

• Outside Bin Area Sweep ( weekly ) wash out Monthly or when needed
