Please send a purchase order number and a scheme code if you wish for the works to proceed. We undertake to carry out all specified works in an orderly and competent manner. The works will be carried out to British Standard 3998. All specified measurements are classified as approximate. We cannot take responsibility for the eventuality of finding hidden obstructions in the centre of a tree (such as iron or steel). However, we will endeavour to overcome any problems of this nature as efficiently as possible. Where stump grinding is specified it is carried out to a depth of 6 to 9 inches below ground level. There is no chasing of lateral roots unless specified and subsequent debris from stump grinding are left on site unless otherwise specified. Any conservation or preservation order relative to any trees specified in the estimate will be dealt with by us upon receipt of the purchase order.
