  • *Gas Flash Water Heaters:<br><br>Removal of all unvented units that cannot be relocated or properly vented to the outside in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions

(However, 42 inches (1067 mm) is recommended.) Guardrail installation at apartments and representational areas open to the public must be 42 inches (1067 mm) high. Guardrails are required where the fall would be greater than 30 inches (762 mm) and must not have openings greater than 4 inches (102 mm).
