Floors, Walls, Shelves and Grounds

  • All floors, walls and shelves are clean and free from obstruction.

  • All food and paper supplies are six to eight (6-8) inches off the ground.

  • Cooling fans are operational.

  • Grounds are free from debris and obstruction.

Heavy Equipment Tools

  • Forklift is clean, functioning and has sufficient fuel.

  • Flat Jack is cleaned.

  • Truck is clean, functioning, temperature gauge operational and has sufficient fuel.

  • Scale is clean.

  • Bagging Machine is functional.

Pest Control

  • This facility is free of any signs of vermin, including cockroaches, flies and rodents.

Garbage Storage and Disposal

  • Wet reusable towels/cloths stored in a container with appropriate sanitizer at the required concentration.

  • Garbage cans are emptied as necessary.
