• What is the location of the final access point to the roof?

• Are podiums or steps systems required?

• Are there issues with the hoop head access?

• Is the ladder present?

• Is the ladder in good condition?

• Has the ladder been certified? Evidence of tag

• Other method of access required due to pitched roof. E.G Scaffold/tower etc

• Specialist rope access required?

• Is suitable edge protection in place? E.G fixed handrail
