Lifting Equipment Checks

• Fit "Do Not Use labels" and quarantine the offending shackles and/or eyebolts

• Do we have other eyebolts and/or shackles that are in good condition and are in date?

• Fit "Do Not Use labels" and quarantine the spreader bar

• Can you use longer slings to avoid requiring the spreader bar?
