Is the display free of physical defects? <br>Scratches, Blemishes, Chips, or similar?<br>0- 25" Screen = Visible from 1m <br>26 -84" = Visible from 2m

Whilst screen is running take Photos of front and rear of display and close ups of any issues. Pause inspection and inform line manager or similar.

If minor only and deemed OK to ship, then ask Line manager to sign off this section

Whilst screen is running take a Photo of front and rear of display. Imperative is to show the screen working. Take as many photos as require to show whole display.

Pack Display and accessories into carton, crate, flight-case as appropriate but do not seal/close it.
Ensure either custom packaging or Bubble wrap, styro-foam or similar, used to prevent the display moving in its packaging. -
Is there sufficient padding, packaging around the display?

Can you add packaging to make it secure?

Add Packaging as required.

Take a photo of Display in its packaging before sealing

Seal/ close up the packaging ready for shipment.

Is there a label on the packaging showing serial no?

Hand write the serial no. onto the outside of the box/crate. and request label if required.

Take a photo of packaging showing the label / serial no.

Move to appropriate area, either goods out shelves or in to suitable storage area.
