Introduction

  • This Project Checklist is to be completed in accordance with the audit procedure outlined in SOP02.

  • To begin a project audit, review the audit sections and questions.
Once you are familiar with these audit sections you can begin collecting evidence.
You need evidence in order to answer the questions.
You collect your evidence by reading documents, checking records, examining data, observing activities.
As you collect your evidence, you answer each audit question and record your observation in the relevant column. Three responses are possible: Pass, Fail and N/A.

  • • A Pass response means that the document is in compliance with the quality management system (QMS).
    • A Fail response means that the document is not in compliance with the QMS, for any reason.
    • An N/A response means that the query is not applicable to the current situation

  • Once the audit checklist is completed, list all your Fail responses and summarise your evidence.
Non-conforming responses are raised as a Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) in the Crest SharePoint Tasks list.
