- modern mains wired smoke alarms are in situ.
- battery type alarms that are unlikely to be interlinked. These alarms are acceptable however as the tenants can remove batteries and in the interest of safety we recommend that consideration be given to upgrading to mains wired alarms at some point.
- there is currently little or no fire protection within the property. We recommend that as a minimum your tenants be provided with battery type alarms, however the ideal would be to have mains wired, interlinked alarms fitted.

This report was completed during a cursory inspection of the above property. The inspection lasted approximately ten minutes and did not involve any furniture or other personal possessions being moved.The opinions provided within this report are based on our experience as property managers.
