    Maintaining and guaranteeing Quality is one of the biggest challenges in our hotels Only when the maintenance department, housekeeping department and duty management team work closely together can success be guaranteed. The Intercare Checklists act as a combined checklist for all functions and are to be passed to General Management for further action when required .
    Public areas, health & fitness facilities, and external areas are to be checked monthly These inspections be kept and filed by the Hotel Manager or the Maintenance Manager, and be available for inspection be for inspection as and when required by an authorised body.
