Are all the corner beads fixed properly? EVIDENCE REQUIRED

Are all the areas skimmed properly, with no areas left exposed? EVIDENCE REQUIRED

Are all the corners/wall and ceiling junctions properly skimmed? EVIDENCE REQUIRED

Are all the electrical boxes cleaned? EVIDENCE REQUIRED

Are all the cables pulled out from the ceiling? EVIDENCE REQUIRED

Is the skirting line clean and left without any bumps? EVIDENCE REQUIRED

Are all the areas left clean/plaster scraped off the floor ready to be handed over?
