I can confirm that this visit has been carried out within the expectations set in the Q Service Visit Journey on iKnow2. All power leads and HDMI leads are compliant with Q. All F-connectors have either been replaced or are already new style. If I have deviated from any of the above this has been escalated to a Team Manager and recorded within the Additional Information section.
