  • Does the location have the required Business Owner Identifier Plaque on the sales floor that is easily visible to customers and has the correct dealer listed (this should be the dealer operating the location)?<br>

  • Were all employees in approved T-Mobile uniform (approved shirt, dark/black jeans, athletic shoes in approved color(s)) throughout your entire visit?<br>
