  • Fan blades & Fan belts are not damaged and at correct tension .

  • Check guards are in place and in good condition

  • Check air filter & air conditioning fliter are clean and sealed correctly

  • Engine Oil level is correct

  • Is the vehicle or machine full of fuel

  • Are all lights and blinkers fitted working correctly

  • are the tyres inflated correctly, wheel nuts and rims are all correct and not damaged

  • Greased steering nipples Greased PTO / Universal nipples Grease front attachments (if applicable)

  • Is the cabin clean and ready for use, check seat position and condition

  • Do you have an implement fitted to the Tractor today , if so check the following!

  • Connections to Tractor Draw Bar or 3 Point Linkage pins are in place

  • Hydraulic Hoses are correctly connected if available

  • Tractor Log Book - Fill in each time you operate and use the tractor at least 3 times must be completed successfully for this unit

  • Have you completed the PreStart on this tractor

  • Odometer/Hour meter reading

  • Start Date & Time

  • Finish Date & Time

  • Enter Tractor Type and identification number your operating

  • Comments about the use of this Tractor

  • Take a photo of the Tractor you have been operating
